The modules that make up 2EASY.platform

2EASY.platform has been designed and developed to simplify operations management. The platform combines the benefits of a "product" (ensuring stability, evolution, and maintainability) with those typical of a custom solution (a high level of customization and flexibility) to adapt to different business needs. The customer is not required to adjust his way of working to the software, thus preserving the unique characteristics that have defined their business. Instead, it's the software that is configured to adapt to the specific requirements.

The platform is made up of:

MES

MANUFACTURING EXECUTION SYSTEM

Manages and organizes production execution. It transforms business logic from the ERP into machine and assembly line information and collects and aggregates data from the field for analysis and processing, enabling real-time decision-making for the company.

MMS

MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

This module simplifies the management of typical maintenance processes for the entire company. It allows to plan and monitor maintenance interventions, reducing the risk of machine downtime and increasing organizational efficiency.

M2M

MACHINE TO MACHINE

A platform for real-time data integration from automatic systems (machines or special automation) through standard protocols or custom integrations.

WMS

WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Manages the logistics flow inside and outside the factory. It integrates with various automatic identification and traceability systems (barcode, RFID, Computer Vision) and, through its Mission Control, allows advanced logic application to optimize warehouse operations.

FPS

FLEXIBLE PLANNING SYSTEM

Innovatively plans and enables real-time collaborative and visual resource planning. It includes customizable finite capacity algorithms for quick what-if analysis.

TIS

TOOL INTEGRATION SYSTEM

An extension of the M2M module in the 2EASY platform that facilitates integration with specific equipment (e.g., screwdrivers) using standard protocols (e.g., OpenProtocol).

WFM

WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Supports human resource and workforce management by digitizing scheduling and facilitating operator training (skill management).
